The Effective Church ConferenceOUTCOME l e a d e r s h i p
We want to invite you to an important event that can help change the life of the church. The Effective Church Conference is a unique, high-impact experience designed specifically for pastors or church leadership teams. Limited to 30 participants per conference, this one-day event takes place at Connect Central, in Downtown Bradenton, Florida. Throughout the conference, you will: · Learn the 10 key elements of organizational effectiveness · Evaluate how your church is performing in each area · Identify ways these elements shape ministry outcomes and guide future growth Conference Schedule – (Dates To Be Determined) · 9:00 am – 3:30 pm: Training and organizational evaluation o Lunch provided at a local restaurant · Dinner (on your own): Church staff are encouraged to have dinner together to debrief · 7:00 pm: Dessert and coffee gathering on the Manatee River o Build relationships with other leaders o Share insights and areas for growth o Pray for one another’s ministries Outcome Leadership supports churches through Training/Evaluation, Coaching, and Resources. During the conference, you’ll be introduced to our partnership with Dream4, a leadership development organization based in Birmingham, Alabama. They offer group training and individual coaching for for-profit and non-profit organizations, including churches. Outcome Leadership also partners with Outcome Publishing, an organization that provides discipleship materials for the local church, and Church Answers, an organization providing leadership resources in specific areas of needed growth The conference it taught by the author of The Effective Church, Dr. Tim Passmore, who served as Senior Pastor of Woodland Community Church in Bradenton for 29 years. He is also the author of: · Answering Humanity’s Common Questions about God, · Imagine the Fully Devoted Life, · One Fry Short: A Journey Toward Self Discovery and Emotional Success · The Difference, a leadership development book for for-profit and non-profit organizations. Tim began his professional career in the business world, working in the area of marketing in a corporate environment before being called into the ministry. He received his Bachelors Degree in Psychology from Samford University and his Masters of Christian Education and Doctorate in Leadership and Administration from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary. He knows what it looks and feels like to be a leader in the local church experiencing the ups and downs of leadership and the many obstacles that are faced working toward serving the Body of Christ.
